How long is the return service period?
You can return your shipment within 30 calendar days of receipt.
How to return?
If you need a return, please email us. We verify the actual situation and give you feedback within 2 working days.

After the refund application is successful, we will notify you of the specific address for the refund by email.
Is there a charge for returns?
1、If the return is not caused by the merchant, for example: the customer is not satisfied with the product. The customer is responsible for shipping and any other charges during the return process.
2、If the return is caused by the merchant itself, such as delivery problems; product lost or damaged, etc. We will handle shipping and any other charges during the return process.
Outbound shipping and taxes on the original order are non-refundable.
How soon will I receive my refund?
You will receive a notification email within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item, and when the refund is processed. Refunds will be returned to the account from which funds were originally withdrawn.
Please note that for credit card payment refunds, please allow up to one billing cycle to credit your account. Please do not ask your credit card company for a refund during the return process, as it will take time to resolve refund disputes. It is usually best to be patient and wait for the return process to proceed normally. Alternatively, if there is an unusual delay, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items
Items that are damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Customers are required to email us with details and images of the damaged product. The damaged product and its original packaging must not be discarded, as they may be needed for claims or inspections. -
Undeliverable and Rejected Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or if the package is deemed undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address, the customer will be held responsible for all associated costs and losses. Such costs and losses may include, but are not limited to, additional shipping, return, handling fees, disposal expenses, and the value of the goods. -
Unclaimed Parcels
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels from the designated delivery location within the specified timeframe. Any parcel not collected within this period will be considered unclaimed and may be disposed of. Customers will bear any costs or losses arising from failure to collect their parcel, including but not limited to the value of the goods.
