DCMA - Copyright policy

Kiddotoy Store respects the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit takedown notices to us via the DMCA Agent listed below.

As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file a good faith copyright infringement claim, you must submit a written notice containing the following information:

Please include all of the following in your notification:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf);
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material, including information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL);
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including your full name, physical address, email address, and phone number;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please be aware that the information you submit in your DMCA notice may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a DMCA complaint, you consent to your information being disclosed in this manner.

Counter Notification – Restoration Request

If your content has been removed as a result of a DMCA takedown request and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. This notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on our website;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or any jurisdiction if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Kiddotoy Store maintains a strict policy toward repeat copyright infringers. If a user is found to have repeatedly violated copyright laws, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate their access to our website and services.

Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights

At Kiddotoy Store, we are proud to collaborate with global freelance designers and creators. While we carefully review all designs before listing them, we acknowledge that some may submit work that infringes upon others’ rights.

If you believe that any content on our website infringes on your copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, we are committed to resolving the matter quickly. Please send a Takedown Report that includes the following:

A direct link (URL) to the infringing item(s)

  • Proof of ownership of the content (such as a portfolio link, official page, or creation file)
  • Your full name and contact details
  • Subject line: TAKEDOWN REPORT

We will respond within 24 hours and remove the content if the claim is valid. We may also credit you or take additional steps as appropriate.
